"Caroline Ruth Lacy is a contemporary abstract artist whose psychosomatic approach to painting explores emotions and their connection to moments. She prefers a large-scale canvas to set free more physical movement while painting with bold color and texture.  However, she also indulges in the desire to stray from what she knows to experiment at the whim of her "errant muses". She lives in Natalia, TX. with her husband, dogs, and many farm animals. There she became inspired to also create landscapes. She mainly works with acrylic, but adds many other mediums such as dyed paper, charcoal, pastels, and watercolor."
