Use & Safety Checklist:

1. Ensure the booth is level and stable before use.

2. Connect the washout booth to a reliable water source with adequate pressure and flow rate. Check for leaks or drips in the water supply lines before operating the booth.

3. Before washing out screens, remove excess ink using a squeegee or scraper. Place the screen in the washout booth with the print side facing down.

4. Apply a screen cleaning chemical or emulsion remover to the screen using a spray bottle or applicator brush. Allow the chemical to penetrate the ink or emulsion for the recommended time.

5. Turn on the water supply and use a handheld spray nozzle or pressure washer to wash out the screen, starting from the bottom and working your way up. Use gentle pressure to avoid damaging the screen mesh.

6. After washing out the screen, rinse it thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining chemicals and debris. Inspect the screen for any areas that may need further cleaning or touch-up.

7. Allow the washed screen to dry completely before storing or reusing it. Use a fan or air dryer to speed up the drying process if necessary.

8. Clean the washout booth regularly to remove any ink residue, chemicals, or debris. Dispose of used chemicals and waste materials according to local regulations.

9. Turn water off when done.
