7. Set the pile height and density according to the desired tufting outcome.

8. Adjust speed settings based on the material and pattern complexity.

9. Hold the tufting machine perpendicular to the surface.

10. Press and hold the trigger to insert the yarn into the base material.

11. Move the machine in the desired pattern, following guidelines or templates if applicable.

12. Secure loose ends by knotting, trim excess yarn.

13. Put away tools and clean any debris after use.
