We have both a 1 color 1 station and a 4 color 4 station press. The 4 color 4 station press can create four screen plates simultaneously.

  • For use on clothing, pillowcases, fabrics, metals, paper, copybooks, plastics, wood, glass, ceramics, & leather.

Use & Safety Checklist:

  1. Test colors on scrap material before starting production.

  2. Ensure screens are aligned properly for accurate printing.

  3. Apply ink evenly on the screen. Lower the screen onto the substrate and apply consistent pressure with a squeegee.

  4. Use in conjunction with the flash dryer for quick drying designs. Turn off flash dryer when not in use.

  5. Clean screens, pallets, and squeegees promptly after use.
