Always wear safety glasses and latex or nitrile gloves when operating. Wash off any resin that comes in contact with skin with soap and water immediately.
Avoid direct exposure to UV light. Keep the curing chamber closed during operation and only open it when necessary.
Keep an eye on the washing and curing processes to ensure they proceed without issues. Address any problems promptly.
Do not open the wash and cure station during cycles unless necessary. Interruptions can affect the quality of cleaning and curing.
Wash
Ensure that objects to be washed and cured are properly cleaned of excess resin and supports.
Place the objects in the wash basket and submerge them in the cleaning solution. Use only approved and recommended cleaning solutions. Use Denatured alcohol or Isopropyl alcohol with a content of 95% or more in the cleaning solution.
Close the lid securely before starting the washing cycle.
After the wash cycle is complete, inspect the objects for any remaining resin residue. If necessary, repeat the washing process.
Cure
Place the washed and dried objects on the curing platform.
Set the curing parameters, including time and intensity, according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
Close the curing chamber securely before starting the curing cycle.
Set curing time based on resin brand instructions.
Allow the chamber and objects inside to cool before handling.
Turn off machine when finished, clean any resin or other spills before leaving. Use isopropyl alcohol to clean any resin spills.
