The U-shaped tip can be heated up to 410°F during use, and the 5cm tip can be heated up to 662°F. The hot wire cutting pen can cut foam block from any angle smoothly and efficiently just like butter. This handheld version can allow you to get to places that a standard table foam cutter prevents you from getting to.
Specifications:
Use with Foam board, pearl cotton, KT board, EPS, EVA, XPS, PE.
Do not use on plastic, high-density sponge, memory foam, or nylon fabric.
4 cutters included: U-blade, F-Blade, 2” straight blade, 4” straight blade.

Use & Safety Checklist:
Always wear safety glasses and heat-resistant gloves when operating.
Ensure there are no flammable materials nearby. Only use stand to hold device when plugged in. Do not rest on potentially flammable materials. Do not leave plugged in and unattended. Locate nearest fire extinguisher.
Do not touch the heating element during or immediately after use. Allow it to cool before handling.
Avoid using near wet conditions.
Wipe the heating needle with copper brush after use to avoid blackening and hardening.
Let cutter heat up fully before trying to cut material.
Use smooth and controlled movements to achieve precise results. Do not force foam cutter through the material.
Wait for the foam cutter to be fully cooled before placing back in storage container.
