Use & Safety Checklist:

1. Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including UV-resistant gloves, safety goggles, and long sleeves, to protect against UV exposure

2. In case of an emergency, such as a malfunction or exposure to UV light, immediately turn off the UV Exposure Table and unplug it from the power source.

3. Ensure that the exposure unit is properly calibrated for the type of emulsion and screen mesh you are using.

4. Position the screen and artwork carefully on the exposure unit, ensuring even contact for consistent results.

5. Use appropriate vacuum or compression to secure the screen and artwork in place during exposure.

6. Determine the appropriate exposure time based on the emulsion type, mesh count, and artwork details. Perform exposure tests with scrap material before starting a full production run.

7. Immediately wash out the screen using the recommended chemicals and techniques provided by the emulsion manufacturer.
