This antique button maker from Defiance Button Maker Co belonged to Brad’s grandfather who was an upholsterer. As a kid, Brad used to make buttons all day in his pap-pap’s furniture shop. It only works with specific button blanks, so don’t use any button blanks you find on Amazon with it. There are about 5 different button sizes available.

Use & Safety Checklist:
Always wear safety glasses when operating.
Do not place fingers near press when pulling lever down.
Load fabric cutting die Prepare and position the material (fabric, paper, etc.) you want to use. Press lever down firmly until fabric is fully cut.
Position the material and button mold properly. Lower the lever with a smooth and even motion to press the material.
Once the lever is fully engaged, hold it down for a few seconds to ensure a proper impression.
Lift up lever and inspect result for errors.
